What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a powerful, integral and natural system of healthcare that has its roots in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Chiropractic methods.
Kinesiology works on the basis that in order have total health and optimal state of wellness, we must look at the person as a complete whole. For example, factors that affect the physical body may not only have an effect on other parts of the body but can have an effect upon the mind and emotions.
Kinesiology assesses the client in the following areas of the body’s systems: Physical (structural and Chemical), Emotional and Spiritual levels.
I use muscle monitoring techniques to monitor the flow of energy throughout your body systems so that I am able to identify the imbalances and factors which may be disrupting the natural flow of energy which are essential for good health.
With muscle testing, there is no guess work therefore the sessions are efficient and unique for each person. We can unveil the root-cause of your issues as your body leads the way where it really needs to. Using this technique, we are accessing the past memories and the subconscious level of the person’s body and bring that level of awareness to the consciousness. We can bypass all the filters or self-sabotaging programs that your conscious mind would have potential created.
Correction techniques such as acupressure, meridian balancing, chakra balancing, gentle structural manipulation, massage and nutrition support are used to bring the body back in balance.
Kinesiology supports your body’s inner ability to restore and/or optimize your health and well-being.
